The Insurance Regulatory Unit (IRU) in Kuwait has issued a circular ordering the suspension of paper issuance for motor third-party liability insurance policies (compulsory motor insurance). Under the directive, these policies must be issued exclusively through the “E-Beema” system, and any policy issued outside this official framework will not be recognized.
