Insurance companies operating in the Egyptian market achieved a premium portfolio of EGP 43.676 billion during the first 6 months of this year, compared to EGP 35.77 billion during the same period of 2023, with a growth rate of 22.1%.
The monthly reports of the Financial Regulatory Authority showed that the premiums of commercial insurance activity amounted to about EGP 38.448 billion during the first half of 2024, compared to EGP 31.507 billion during the corresponding period last year, with a growth rate of 22%.
