The Board of Directors of the Financial Supervisory Authority issued Resolution No. 102 of 2025 regarding the extension of the time limit set for the entities subject to the provisions of the Unified Insurance Law, which includes all companies and entities operating in the insurance sector, in implementation of Law No. (155) of 2024.
