Dr Mohamed Farid, Chairman of the BOD of the Financial Regulatory Authority, issued a decision no 1006 of year 2025; regarding the regulations governing the issuance of a no-objection letter from the Authority when a company’s auditor is replaced by another one with whom the company has a professional partnership.
