In Egypt, the monthly report issued by the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) stated that insurance companies paid EGP 23.239 billion in claims during the first 5 months of year 2026, compared to approximately EGP 24.138 billion during the corresponding period in 202; a decline of 3.7%.
