On 26/6/2024, Arab Reinsurance Company held a Board of Directors meeting chaired by Sheikh Khaldoun Barakat in Istanbul, Turkey, in order to discuss the agenda’s topics. The BOD members expressed their satisfaction with the technical and financial results achieved so far, in the current year, praising the efforts of the executive management for these results.
It was followed by an Ordinary General Assembly meeting which approved the financial statements for the year ending 31/12/2023, and thanked the previous BOD members for their efforts during the previous term and especially for the results of year 2023.
After that, a Board of Directors was elected for a new three-year tenure, and Sheikh Khaldoun Barakat was re-elected to head the new Board.
