The Board of Directors of Arab Reinsurance Company held a meeting on 17/6/2023, in Amman (Jordan), headed by Sheikh Khaldoun Barakat, to follow-up on the company’s activities at all levels.

After the BOD was concluded, the company held its Ordinary General Assembly annual meeting to discuss the agenda’s topics, which included the approval of the financial statements ending as at 31/12/2022.

Following the meetings, Sheikh Khaldoun honored the attendees by inviting them to lunch.
