Mr Chakib Abouzaid, Secretary General of the General Arab Insurance Federation (GAIF), stated that insurance premiums in the Arab region reached $57.094 billion last year. The markets of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Morocco topped the list in terms of market share within the regional markets.
