The Board of Directors of the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA), chaired by Dr Mohamed Farid, has issued a new decree regulating the mechanisms and conditions for insurance payouts from the Egyptian Compulsory Insurance Pool for Civil Liability arising from traffic accidents.
