The Insurance Regulatory Unit issued its decision No. (2) of 2025 regarding the approval of the list of companies eligible to issue liability insurance policies arising from traffic accidents (mandatory insurance for Kuwaiti vehicles), as part of organizing the insurance market and ensuring the rights of policyholders and those affected by accidents.
