The Board of Directors of the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA), chaired by Dr. Mohamed Farid, issued Resolution No. 1 of 2025, which allows the possibility of establishing more than one private insurance fund within the same entity, provided that the benefits provided by each fund differ from the other, in addition to the different categories of beneficiaries in terms of staff, professional category or wage.
