The Board of Directors of Arab Reinsurance Company held its meeting on 14th December 2023 in Istanbul, Turkey, chaired by Sheikh Khaldoun Barakat, to discuss its agenda.
The Board expressed satisfaction with these subjects, praising the efforts of the Executive Management in improving results and the Company’s activity, compared to the third quarter of last year.
As well, the Board praised the technical development and the update of the company’s information and communication system, as well as the completion of the newly developed technical underwriting programs according to the international insurance and reinsurance standards.
Finally, the BOD approved the reappointment of the Sharia Advisory Committee for Retakaful window for a period of three years.
